We offer nation-wide shipping for a flat rate of $16.00. In an effort to reduce waste, whenever possible, shipments are packaged in shipping boxes and packing material received from our distributors.
Certain items may not be available for shipping; please see our FAQ for details.
Note that the process of shipping may cause minor box damage to products. This may include minor crushed corners that do not harm the integrity of the box or damage the game components inside.
Guests who are seeking products in exterior packaging that is in collectible "mint" condition are urged to purchase locally so they can inspect the items in person before purchasing.
Meeple Madness cannot refund or accept returns on products with minor damage that occurs during shipping. Meeple Madness is happy to file appropriate claims with the shipping company upon request, and any refunds provided will be paid to the purchaser.
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are processed six days each week, Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.

Meeple Madness ships using USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, and UPS.
Returns & Refunds
All unopened, non-collectible items may be returned to the shop up to fourteen (14) days after delivery. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.
If a product contains missing or damaged parts, please contact [email protected], and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. In many cases, the manufacturer of the product will be able to work with you directly to provide the needed components.
